Classroom Technology Issues

Please call the SLCC IT Help Desk at 801-957-5555 if you experience technical problems with the audio-visual equipment in your classrooms. The Help Desk operators will create ServiceNow tickets for your classroom issues, and route them to the appropriate classroom technicians. Most issues are usually resolved within 24 hours. The operating hours for the SLCC IT Help Desk are:

  • Monday - Thursday: 7:00 am - 8:00 pm
  • Friday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
