Peer Note Taking

SLCC utilizes peer note takers for students who have a “Note Taking/Lecture Notes” accommodation. A peer note taker is a fellow student in the class who shares their notes with the DRC student electronically via the DRC note taking website.

The DRC will facilitate finding a note-taker for the DRC student. Upon successful completion of the note taking assignment, note taker volunteers will receive a $45 SLCC Bookstore Voucher at the end of the semester. If a note taking volunteer is not found, the DRC may contact the instructor for note taker suggestions or alternative solutions.
