Interlibrary Loans

The Interlibrary Loan Department provides access for students, staff, and faculty of Salt Lake Community College to a vast amount of information that is not available at our Libraries. By use of national and worldwide Catalogs we can track down and provide, either in the form of a borrowed book, or photocopies of an article, almost anything the user might need. Through cooperative agreements we borrow items needed by our patrons from libraries around the country.

For more information please see the Interlibrary Loans website or contact our ILL Specialist: 801-957-4196.

Article Databases

Access EBSCO, ProQuest, SIRS, JSTOR and other databases from the SLCC library, http://libguides.slcc.edu.

Reserve

To place items on reserve, faculty bring materials to their home campus library circulation desk and provide the following information: name, mailstop code, phone number, course name and number, and return instructions. For assistance or more information, please contact the Reserve Specialist at 801-957-4602.

eReserve

Materials may be put on reserve or eReserve through the college library. Faculty wishing to use eReserve must bring or fax materials to their home campus library. Materials are scanned into an Adobe PDF file and put online for easy and convenient student access. Students need a class password to access their class materials. For assistance or more information, please contact the eReserve Specialist at 801-957-4605.
