Historical Documents from ePortfolio Development 2008-2009

  • ePortfolio Proposal and Endorsements
    • The version of the proposal that was endorsed by a variety of stakeholders and debated by the governing bodies in the Fall and Spring of 2009-10 before being passed by the General Education Committee, the Senate Curriculum Committee, and the Faculty Senate.(August 31, 2009)
  • ePortfolio Proposal
    • This is the original proposal that went out to all faculty and was the document that the governing bodies debated that spring before being revised over the summer. (January 5, 2009)
  • Ged Ed ePortfolio Slides
    • These slides simultaneously served to accompany the presentation of the proposal to the governance bodies and to quietly mock the branding campaign that few people liked at the time. Undated, but probably created between January and August 2009.
  • Thinking Out Loud Memo
    • Thinking Out Loud About ePortfolios memo represents the first official mention of "signature assignments" in ePortfolios. (November 2, 2008)
