The Rank and Tenure process has been completely digitized and all full-time faculty now present a Professional Portfolio to showcase the requirements for rank and tenure as well as to reflect on and continuously improve their teaching practices.

To get started with your Professional Portfolio, complete the Full-Time Faculty Professional Portfolios course. If you still have questions, you can reach out the ePortfolio Manager for help with using Digication and the Director of Writing Across the Curriculum for help with content questions.
To sign up for this course, log into MY SLCC and head over to the Employee Tab. Then follow the steps below.
Step 1: Register for a Training
Step 2: Register in the Training Portal
Step 3: Select "ePortfolio" and choose the course.
Once you have completed the course and are ready to get started, use the templates on Digication for Adjunct Faculty, Staff, and Administration! You can access these by logging into Digication, starting a portfolio, and searching for the template that best fits your needs.
