- Advocated for individual faculty in a number of labor disputes
- Represented faculty concerns around the SLCC COVID-19 response (ongoing)
- Partnered with Faculty Senate to revamp the tenure policy
- Revamped the FA Constitution (ongoing)
- Negotiating an additional pay system for faculty who receive external grants
- Partnered with People and Workplace Culture to promote more “No Meeting” days (like Reading Day)

- Worked collaboratively with administration in Discussion Team to create a pathway to tenure-track status for “Diverse Faculty Fellow” hires
- Negotiated proposals for 12 month and flex contracts
- Got faculty the extra two days of 2020 Spring Break for class pivoting from face to face to online.
